  • Psychedelic experiences can be powerful, emotionally complex, and sometimes destabilizing. Preparation helps people enter these experiences with greater awareness, safety, and support.

    Preparation is not about controlling the experience or guaranteeing a particular outcome. Psychedelic experiences are inherently unpredictable.

    Instead, preparation helps people:

    • clarify intentions
    • assess psychological readiness
    • create supportive conditions
    • reduce unnecessary risks
    • plan for integration afterward

    Responsible preparation is one of the most important factors influencing whether a psychedelic experience becomes meaningful, overwhelming, or harmful.

    Preparation occurs at the consult. If more preparation is needed, each additional preparation session is - $75

  • Individual sessions are powerful, focused and can be deeply profound and insightful experiences. For those focusing on healing trauma or addiction, individual sessions allow you the space to do the most intimate healing and personalized work with 1:1 support throughout the session.

    You will be completely supported from start to finish during an individual session. You will never be left alone. With consent, I will take notes to capture what you share during and after which can be really helpful in the integrative period.

    Individual Session Cost: $550

  • Couple’s sessions are for two people working to deepen their relationship through the exploration of expanded states of consciousness, together.

    Ketamine has the ability to calm our fight or flight response and allows us to sit with challenging topics that may be more difficult to address in ordinary consciousness. By entering expanded consciousness with intention to heal or grow in relationship, many couples experience exponential growth and connection. Many couples choose to do this work together to simply deepen the foundation of their relationship. We are made for altered states of consciousness and it can be a powerful tool for couples to do this work together.

    Cost of a Couples Session: $750

    -Additional Couple or Individual Integration is $100 for a 60-minute visit

    eXpanded iNsights LLC offers group ketamine experiences for up to 8 people. The groups can be random or catered to a specific group.     Group Session Cost Per Participant: $400

  • Ketamine can be extremely effective in treating chronic neuropathic (nerve) pain that has not responded to traditional treatments.

    At eXpanded iNsights LLC, we use low dose ketamine protocols to offer relief for severe pain conditions including:

    -Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CPRS)

    -Neuropathic Pain

    -Fibromyalgia

    -Cancer pain

    We use evidenced-based protocols that are backed by peer-reviewed research!

    Pain infusions range from $650-$1000 per infusion depending on the condition and recommended length of infusion times recommended.

  • Psychedelic experiences can temporarily increase emotional openness, psychological flexibility, and access to memory and meaning. This can create an opportunity for change — but that opportunity is often short-lived without support.

    Integration helps people:

    • Reflect on what arose during an experience

    • Regulate difficult emotions or lingering intensity

    • Distinguish insight from impulse

    • Translate insights into sustainable changes in relationships, habits, or values

    • Reconnect with daily life after a powerful or disorienting experience

    Healing does not happen simply because an experience was profound.
    Healing happens when insight is integrated into life over time.

    Each ketamine experience at eXpanded iNsights LLC includes one integration. Sometimes more integration can be helpful. If you are needing additional support, 60 min sessions can be booked for $100.
